Sales Account Executive The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling 3PL services in the companies niche market. This entails selling LTL services to companies that spend between $40K and $4 million a year in freight. The company also sells truckload and international services, and experience in these areas is a plus. Experience with the Sandler sales system is also a plus. We are only accepting agents with books that exceed $100,000 in gross profit. A typical agent for us does $1-2 million at about 15-20% + margins. We are well financed, debt free and have double or tripled our sales for the past 4 years. We offer carriers 1 day (5%) and 5 day (3%) quick pays as well as fuel advances. We have invested heavily in technology and have a state of art proprietary transportation management system. We handle all the carrier invoices and payments as well as collections with the customers. We pay our agents weekly via direct deposit 50%-60% based upon exceeding $10,000 in gross profit in past 30 days.
