A typical agent for us does $1-2 million at about 15-20% + margins.
We are well financed, debt free and have double or tripled our sales for the past 4 years.
We offer carriers 1 day (5%) and 5 day (3%) quick pays as well as fuel advances.
We have invested heavily in technology and have a state of art proprietary transportation management system.
We handle all the carrier invoices and payments as well as collections with the customers.
We pay our agents weekly via direct deposit 50%-60% based upon exceeding $10,000 in gross profit in past 30 days.
We have a $50 minimum for full truckloads and $30 minimum for LTL
We offer our agents group health insurance and we are working on a 401k program as well
We have contracts with over 7,000 carriers and growing and our database has over 20,000 carriers in total.
